FAT is Jr, (like NH or 1-2 months) and BOI is also( about 2-3 months) . Sounds like you have a good plan going, QOL is mey in this business, unless your 21 and not chains attracted. After thinking for :30. If you plan to move to BOI in 1 year or under. I would just go ERJ and do SFO/SAN tell you move to BOI..
its worth noting that there is nothing stopping the company from not letting you switch airframes, it is happening right now in SLC. many FOs who had 3-8 years were withheald form transitioning to the ERJ while new hires were awarded the base. this was not a short term solution either, it has been going on for a year.
