Exactly. If you can do the job, why are you being forced out on the street? The age 60, age 65, etc, have nothing to do with ability or health. It's been a line of BS for decades. It's legalized age discrimination.
So, you're just gonna have to get 500 hours in order to fly that shiny jet, instead of the previous 250 hours total time because of the age 65 rule.
