no, pdt has always had good first year pay (that's why some of us came here instead of accepting sub-par wages somewhere else), it doesn't mean anything for industry pay turning around...pilots would have to smarten up and not accept crap pay/contracts first, and that wont happen...even these rates pdt is putting out isn't enough, for us or anyone for that matter...it's not where it should be for the job we at the regionals do
