If you need to use sarcasm as a defense/ coping mechanism to accept the truth, please feel free. But it is a fact, until Delta has trouble staffing maineline and their regional partners - there will not be a flow. A flow is not intended to be a means for staffing a maineline operation, it is a retention tool at the regional level.
You don’t have to like it, but everyone at 9E needs to accept it. There will not be a flow. It’s not ALPAs mission or job to land you your next job either.
