Default mccPILOTLOG logbook possibly lost my log?

I have had the mccPILOTLOG ENT edition logbook for around 5 years. This product includes the PRO version but says that it will upload the database to mccCLOUD each time you log out. It has always said it is uploaded to the cloud. (is mccCLOUD just a folder they named in my old computer?) I also have the useless cellphone app that will only receive flight data uploaded from the computer app.

My computer recently stopped working. I have my logbook backed up on a hard drive but it starts in 2016. Which means I could lose some flights in the gap past my airlines 3 year look back.

I have the option to upload the data from my cloud but it uploads nothing. It also says there is nothing uploaded into the cloud. I have my current computer, old computer and cellphone all as current devices in the app. My phone still has 5000 hours and 13 years of flights in it and I've exported the backup multiple times.

mccPilot has not answered my emails from 12 days ago about my computer swap issue or my current cellphone support emails linking exports. The company is pushing a new product that they can charge a subscription on (so think about that when you are shopping!) and they claim they will still be supporting the system slowly as it deteriorates.

I can upload the recovery file up to 2016 and try to upload my airlines look back 2 or 3 years I think. That will leave me with at least a year of unlogged flights. I am worried that this will push out my old logbook if its in there somewhere. If I can pull it out of my phone, that will save me.

Their website says they will grandfather my lifetime membership to the new app if I pay for 3 years...…

Given the current logbook situation, an interview should be around the corner.
