Also not sure how I'm spouting out nonsense, or what I said is incorrect. Obviously you get taxed on whatever you get paid. Doesn't change the fact that they hand you that check on day 1. They're not the ones taking out the taxes, that's the federal and state governments. Which next tax year you'd probably see some of that amount back anyway depending on your tax bracket.
