Th other poster represented that he gets a shade under two min rests per 28 day bid, and most airlines after 10am. I personally found that to be near fantasy, but perhaps FJ is now staffed back up to the point that they’re not running their people nearly as hard. Or maybe he’s only referencing exact 10 hours off and letting 10 hours and 23 minutes slide. You’ll have to ask him.

With regard to food, you will gain weight, and there’s nothing prohibiting you from ordering room service or having food delivered on the short nights. If you’re planning on sleeping in on day one, hitting morton’s Each night and getting in early on day last then you need to look a bit harder.

Lot of good people still there.
I mean I just got home 2 days early. Supposed to stay out until Thursday. I'd be happy to PM or text FNGFO the proof of that if he'd like. My bids average 4 and 5 days on followed by the same off. Not trying to make a sales pitch. Just trying to accurately show what I am experiencing here at flex. I also probably do just under 2 or so home reserves on the front end of my days each bid period. My average duty day totals at 9hrs 26 mins. That's cumulative from IOE start until now. I have been keeping a detailed flight and duty log spreadsheet to accurately summarize the real experience I am having. Back it up with facts not hysterics or anything else. With regards to crew meals, I've missed getting a meal or what I ordered 11 times out of just under 136 duty days. Pretty good odds. So long as you send in your watch list requests properly. Out of 16 duty days last month, I averaged 30.7 crew meals. Of those, the majority are lunch and the rest is split between breakfast and dinner roughly being the least. This month I've flown more on the back side of the clock so dinner will far out weigh breakfast at the end of the month. 4 overnights in Abacos, St.Maartin, and Jamaica. 2 canado overnight and 1 in Cabo. Last month I had 2 Canada and that's it. Comes and goes here in my limited experience and it's not always rainbows and butterflies by far. But it's also not the drab picture most paint.
