The IS&S conversion would be the most likely guess...ABX teamed up with them in 2006 to create the flat panel display and installation. Maintanace in KILN has been doing it ever since. I can't see ATSG giving it to someone else.
That would make more sense....
Looking at their website, I like it better. Retains more of the surrounding system layouts.
