Does anyone know what the truth is on this story?

Apparently, a woman requests the flight attendant to re-seat a her and her daughter because their seats have fresh vomit from a previous flight, which is now on the daughter's hands and clothes. Flight attendent refuses to re-seat them. Instead, woman arrested and charged with misdemeanor trespass.
