Technically, Dr Dao was criminally wrong. After voluntarily deplaning, he illegally and without clearance ran down the jetway and reboarded. Now there was plenty of “wrong” occurring on all sides of the equation, but the doctor was not “right” or innocent. United settled in attempt to bury the situation.
I agree that Frontier most likely lost the battle at “puddle of vomit on seat.”

The silver lining here is that it takes 10 results before the Google serach result headlines mention that she's Black. Normally, the color of her skin would be the headline and this would have been inescapable front page news. I only heard about it from APC.

I’ve heard from FAs that it was the Lady’s daughter that vomited and when the flight attendants gave her stuff to clean it up, that’s when the show started. That’s probably why it didn’t get the staying power it could have. Rumors are fun!
