I agree that Frontier most likely lost the battle at “puddle of vomit on seat.”
“Frontier and a puddle of vomit” has a really nice ring to it.

You can substitute Frontier with Spirit.

Delta and Cognac, AA and ?, United and beatings, Alaska and going nowhere, Southwest and the garbage bag, to complete the list.

The silver lining here is that it takes 10 results before the Google serach result headlines mention that she's Black. Normally, the color of her skin would be the headline and this would have been inescapable front page news. I only heard about it from APC.

Must be a fast news week.

Haha, she called on "Black Twitter do your thing"!!! Because of that right there, she gets exactly zero sympathy from me. I felt bad about her experience before, but race should have nothing to do with this story.

Indeed. What I MEANT to say was that United was technically in the right ABOUT Dao, but that it simply didn't matter. Given the outcome, a loss in civil court was a very real possibility and the longer it dragged out the worse the publicity hurt United.

I’ve heard from FAs that it was the Lady’s daughter that vomited and when the flight attendants gave her stuff to clean it up, that’s when the show started. That’s probably why it didn’t get the staying power it could have. Rumors are fun!
