In Sept their rate will bump to just over 100$ a trip. If they continue to average 120TFP to include a training event and vacation time they would earn 144,375$
Our guys 2nd year rate is $144.35. if they fly their line, no changes, with vacation, and training they would earn appr. between $152k-156k plus $600-1000k in domestic/intnl per diem monthly.. roughly 8-14 landings a month, between 14-17 days off a month.
Time saved NOT working on adjusting their schedule hours on end every month... priceless.
