In all seriousness...in this instance and any other news story where it’s “airline v. passenger” you have two sides to the story and then what really happened. But many passengers are looking for 15 minutes of fame and/or react poorly in these situations; more often than not the company press release more closely aligns with the truth, hence my cut/paste of the company position.
Hey, I understand. We only have fragments of videos and social media posts by other passengers to rely on. You provided what made the most sense. Media has a way of distorting truth. Sorry for my bit of snarkitude.
