We can drop down to zero as long as we have proper coverage. As always, some fleets are better than others. If lost the ability to do this, I'd likely change planes since I'm too junior to get the trips I want during PBS line construction.
So yes, all the legacies and Southwest can drop down to zero.
They can also all trade, drop, and give away.
The next comparable airline, with their new contract, is Spirit. Don’t know if they can drop to zero.
