Yep. At least on airline reserve you can see where you are in the stack, see open grips and know your chances of being called. There is literally more predictability on reserve than there is on any work day at NJA.
7 on 7 off, work 5 months a year? You get 128 an hour after you fly you 1.8 per day, been making $3500 xtra a month lately, not going to make that at UAL sitting in Newark at a crash pad on reserve working 18 days a month
