Laid back, friendly, calm and collected. The cockpit is the exact opposite you see when jumpseating on Delta. We embrace the business model and while it's annoying to hear people complain about "bag fees" and all, we love our jobs and defend our company. Not everything is perfect contact wise or our occasional but predictable meltdowns. Basically they hire guys or gals that can have a friendly 4 day. They don't want egotistical people, complainers, rigid, or careless.
