Same here. Assessment done about 4 weeks ago. No TBNT email.
Yet no email to set up a phone interview.
I continue to tell myself that no news is good news and relax, the email is coming next week. But...
I'm not trying to come across as "this is a foregone conclusion," but I'd say if we've all made it all this far, and they are needing 56 a month, and FLL CP is basically begging for recommendations, there should be a bit more action on this forum (yes I understand not every Spirit candidate frequents these forums). In other words, we all probably check most of the boxes; let the job be "ours to lose" in the interviews.
Ok, don't mind me, back to the salt mine I go.

I took the email as hey guys if you knows of a person that want to come to Spirit and want to help send the requested info and we'll take a look. It's real easy to call/email SF and forward a resume and she will put them on top of the stack!!! I've done it and guys have been hired. Good luck guys!!

From the looks of my interview group, they are. Everyone was very qualified and either a regional captain, military experience, or had quite a bit of turbine PIC.

I just received the email to set up the phone interview. I visited them at NGPA and completed the Gallup in late March.
Because I know you’re going to ask: I’m a regional FO with 4000TT, 2500 SIC, 4 year degree, 1 internal, and live local to a base.

You should fit in well. Most of the new hires like you have been great to fly with. Good luck.
