Clearly, the NTSB had their earlier attempts at transparency somewhat backfire when they made their comments about the elevator movement.
To paraphrase the old saying "an error will be half way 'round the world while the truth is still pulling on it's boots".
I’ve heard this type of rationalization before. Pilot contracts are not rocket science. If youre negotiations are taking a long time it is because someone wants it to take a long time.
