Additionally, your referral should have completed the online application and have been screened by you, in detail. Some questions to consider asking:
Do you have any Failed check rides, oral or written exams?
Have you ever received a letter of investigation from the FAA or any other office?
Do you have any accidents, incidents or violations on your record?
Are you able to pass a background check?
Is Spirit your final career destination?
