I'm sorry. With all the methods of communication that ALPA has been using, it didn't occur to me that you didn't know how to cast your vote. Are you getting emails? You should visit the ALPA website frequently to make sure you're up to date on the latest events. You should most definitely be reading the Negotiations Updates. Make sure ALPA has your correct e-mail address so you can have these delvered to your personal account.

I know its a rookie question, but will all this talk about an LOA, curiosity has gotten the better of me. Also, is there anyway to get the basics of the LOA? Thanks.
Since it has never happened before, any offer of details can only be conjecture. Typically newhires are given their choice of seat positions during their first week of training, and if there is more than one choice, it's determined by seniority bidding. If the intention is to send an entire class to the right seat of the MD-11 at ANC, I imagine that would be announced during the first week of training. If that intention is determined well ahead of time, it's possible that you might receive some sort of advanced notification, but I doubt anyone would be so bold as to make such a prediction.

My advice is just bring your A game to newhire training, and take what you can get.
