Application question
In most of the online applications there is a line that reads "As a Flight Instructor, have you had any students who, while under your instruction, were investigated by the FAA or the military?" I wanted to know how most people take this to read. I had a student who damaged a plane while soloing, and the FAA did an investigation. They found that the student was properly trained, but failed to act appropriatly. Do you think I should answer this question yes or no, The student was not under my direct instruction at the time, but was soloing on my certificate as it were.
