Upgrade time at SKYW is now at least 10 yrs. Last company memo indicated 70 upgrades between now and June. We have 2,811 pilots. Thats 1,400 FOs. 1,400 divided by 10 per month= 140 months to upgrade. I love it. I truly believe SkyWest is an excellent company, but it sure is nice to see some rationality around here...props. FWIW though, you can't predict upgrade time...anywhere. 10 years would be a super-long time, and I don't think it will be that long at all, considering attrition, career FO's, and the like...
