Regardless of which Regional you are employed with, year two pay will be about, if not more than what you're making now. Some wise old captain at one of my Regionals told me one time that it's best to have the insignia on your paycheck be the same one on the tail.
Yup a good general rule is if your company doesn't own the paint job on the plane you're flying, you need to go work for a company that does.
