If I don't have *THE* answer, should I not acknowledge a significant challenge?
However, the only logical 1st step in my opinion is to give the entire front line crew an industry competitive profit sharing *FORMULA* to get them engaged and pulling in the same direction. They (JB crewmembers) are NOT right now, nearly everyone around me cares .002 right now.
That's the 1st, best step to take to try and win against a 1,000lb gorilla of a competitor who also has a highly engaged front line.
