If that's what you got from my post then you utterly missed the point. We are *unable* to press for it collectively. We locked in this bargain basement formula via LOA and the company stonewalled any improvement in the CBA. They will not renegotiate it. The only hope for improvement is in the next negotiation cycle with a motivated and informed pilot group. We don't have one, and may never have one.
Or possibly there's an outside chance that 0.2% Caring is the new normal, and the company is forced to improve the formula across the board in order to salvage morale and motivation. I'm sorry to say that this management team isn't up to that. They may not even be allowed to consider it.
