Non rush hour I’d allow 90ish minutes plus whatever override you feel comfortable with to get to the lot. Add another 15 for the hoof into ops/annex as applicable. From Petaluma I usually leave 90 minutes prior to when I want to be in the lot during non rush hour. 1:15 is pretty standard so I have 15 extra minutes to play with for getting coffee or if I need to put gas in the car. During rush hour I usually allow 2 hours. 1:45 is generally my average during those times.
