Sort of depends upon if you want a long happy career at a regional or would prefer to just get on with it and get to a major. Everyone makes choices...
Hint: these guys will be in the left seat at the major when you finally make it to the right there and you will lag them in seniority for your entire career there. The same as those who wait to flow will lag the guys junior to them who make it first as OTS hires.
