Default Regional w/ Fastest Flight Time Accumulation

Which regional, cushy contract rules aside, would currently or is projected to allow for the fastest rate of accumulation for flight hours (and subsequent upgrade) in the first year?

Not Piedmont. It takes 9-11 months to make it from new hire indoc to OE.

Skywest CRJ is about as fast as it gets, assuming you aren't trying to get a west coast base.

This is the type of mentality that kills any QOL potential for the regionals.

How fast can I build hours; how quickly can I upgrade?

Hint: I don’t want to be in the back of your plane.

Just talked to a FO today that timed out on his 1000/365. I don’t even want to know how he did it....
