Hint: these guys will be in the left seat at the major when you finally make it to the right there and you will lag them in seniority for your entire career there. The same as those who wait to flow will lag the guys junior to them who make it first as OTS hires.
And when you build all this time and still don't get called (like the other 18,000 who have applied) and you're stuck at a sh*t regional.. then what?
