I think just about every job has this, ACMI’s or whoever you work on Earth. No huge surprise. It really shouldn’t have to be like working in the coal mines for 30 years till you die. Airlines that are most successful have schedules that suit everyone and different planes. Its like what people say about Southwest...8 legs a day flying the 73 for the rest of your life.
