Some of you need to learn how to read and not get so offended when your fake authority is threatened. Again..captains are not my boss. I don't know why this is such a sticking point. If you wanted to lead people, you should have applied to management.
Yes they have operational control of the aircraft but that doesn't make them airplane God. If I think you are doing something unsafe, I am well within my rights to do something up to and including taking the airplane from you. Man. You would think after all these years, reading comprehension from the over 50 crowd would be better.
