I think they will all continue to review your app as long as you keep updating it. In fact in most cases it is better to apply as soon as you meet the mins to show long-term sustained interest (need to update times every month or two).
But their minimum criteria is not the same as competitive.
E-120 probably won't be enough, even with TPIC. Possible exception for SWA, they hired plenty of skywest 120 drivers (CA's, not FO's).
But apply everywhere that you'd be willing to work, the mil wings might be a wildcard, even coming from RW.
But I suspect your fastest path will be a regional, jet time, jet PIC, and 121 time all count.
