No, these are not permanent. That's a temporary placement after new hire training ends and their first vacancy bid. They will be out next month (probably OAK). The most junior person was hired in August 2018 and just got awarded DEN for July after being displaced in the spring. The only reason that FO got in is because we have a right of return clause in the contract (basically out of seniority return after displacement if several provisions are met).
