Funny you feel able to speak for the "rest of the world" when you have trouble simply speaking for yourself.

"Cooler heads" would not have flown this airplane into the ground at T/O power past VMO/MMO while trying to repeatedly activate the autopilot and ignoring the trained procedure by reactivating the trim system.

So clearly your last sentence doesn't apply here either.

Send your “clear understanding” to Boeing and the FAA ASAP and get this ban lifted They grounded this thing after the ET crash.

The FAA is in the back seat now. They know a uniform lifting of the ban is the only viable option. Europe, China, and India are huge customers and until their regulatory authorities are satisfied, the ban will stay in place. Apparently they’re looking not only at the software fix but also if additional sim training is required for the MAX. That would be a big blow for Boeing. Ironic, considering their every action was based on getting this thing certified without any additional sim training for NG guys.

Looks like that ex-Boeing test pilot at SWA has lawyered up.
