We have the worst formula. We used to have a standard plan and then management started to take money from the left pocket and put in the right pocket (change the formula). Since 2008 we would have no less than 4.8% PS in each and every year since then if were not for management monkeying with the formula.
What is worse is pilots(?) such as yourself (type) rationalized it then and to this day still do.
Don't get me wrong, I'd love to see the PS bonuses that JB used to enjoy! I agree that ours is worse than pitiful, especially in this economy, and even more so with the tax breaks this administration has given corporations.
