What do you guys think. Feel like the operation was running pretty good for quite a while and now last couple of months seeing changes. And not good ones. Seems every week talking to guys that have had horror story trips recently. And obviously with that goes a lot of ****ed off passengers. In a plane yesterday with a ND deferred going on 9 days.
