After all, they are the ones who administer the rules for the company; and then compare notes with contract admin afterwards. If you email your auditor and get the email response you want, you are golden. Trust me, they're not going to put themselves on report by letting you take your expense report to your ACP after it's been denied (assuming you have a reply in writing).
