Now, the MEC is blaming the company for bad hotels, pairings and dispute process. Wasn't it the MEC the approved all this stuff and sold it to the pilot group?

This is what really happens.
New hires hit the line and within 6 months their NPS falls through the floor. Except those that still appear here to insist that 1 + 1 = 11.
