I think:
0-5 is fine now. Total of 2
5-10 add 2. Total of 4
10-15 add 3. Total of 5
16 plus add 4. Total of 6.
6% distribution each peak period month.

I would like to see at least banking hours which somehow missed the comparison from other airlines.
For instance, you pick up a POT, RSA or VDA in March and then you can bank it in your PTO or have it arrive in your check then next pay period.
