Why I write, is pilots are selling it to the fas. Right now and they have not researched it and seem to be using the it’s new so, it must be good mentality. (None for endeavor )
-Skywest Per diem is $1.95
(They want to give us 1.85 like pilots )
-Premium Pay scale when given more hours ( express jet has not mentioned in endeavor TA )
There are many more issues and short-comings to compare it to but it would be a book. Just on the pay side

This qualifies over 1/2 the workgroup for section 8 housing and up to a 6yr flight attendant on section 42 housing. medical paid for by the state of New York , and even some on food stamps in major cities. Over 50% of the flight attendants are under 3-4 yr fas so, this is going to impact them the greatest.

Please educate yourself. Our structure in the afa union sounds similar to alpa but, we all pay a flat fee , even united and Alaska pay the same flat fee as an endeavor flight attendant for representation and not a percent like alpa. You’re selling something that will never get fas off of government assistance or a fighting chance.

I would like to know what their rates were in 2002 for pilots , if someone has a payscale for around 2002-2004? Could you share it below ?
