Accurate..Mostly.. They don’t recline but they extend out with a footrest that extends out of the bottom. Yes you can lay them all down and “sleep”. Also cushions and headrests are velcro attached to seats so you can remove and lay them on floor. Or use as a “pillow”. No potable water. Most Crews wouldn’t mind you taking water from cooler or sharing the coffee mug. Just ask first for the limited items like sodas and such. Welcome aboard!
