You'll probably need to put in your time with a regional first. Pick one that has domiciles you're OK with and has a flow thru to your major airline of choice. You might be competitive at an Ultra Low Cost Carrier, I'll let others speak to that. Freight carriers like Atlas might be an option, but be very careful with what you'd be getting into.
