At my regional, (Silver Airways) I know of one of our new hire FOs who flew F-18s, he was hired by FedEx with less than 6 months with us.

Have you looked at CBP AMO Air Interdiction Pilot? We had a FO that went to fly P-3s with AMO. If you fly in the Caribbean branch starting salary is $130k per year.

My Navy reserve ecosystem is helo pilot heavy. Regionals are a revolving door for them (assuming they have FW IP time). Should work for a mobility guy if it works for helos.
