I'm happy for them, too. I also find it hilarious that AA came up with a great pipeline concept and yet squandered the opportunity to retain experienced aviators because they wouldn't make pay competitive.
I'd be really interested to see stats on the retention of RTP candidates. They'll never publicly release that information though...
