Exactly. Most RTPs do have undergrad or graduate degrees in some cases. Even though degrees were never required, Army warrant officer recruiting has been extremely competitive in the past and degrees were a big discriminator. For those that didn't have degrees in getting accepted, promotion boards put strong emphasis on bachelors and masters degrees. I think the regionals with RTPs have underestimated the longevity they'd have picking up mil rotorheads.
