I am trying to transition from reserve, C-130, to the legacy side and seem to have hit a wall myself.

1730 PIC
2860 Turbine
800 Instructor
1440 Turbine PIC

I just completed Checked and Set application review and I'm going through interview prep now with EC. Had my applications in for over a year and a half now. Any thoughts on if I'm just aiming too high? My unit doesn't typically offer more than 200 flying hours a year - budgets aren't what they used to be.
