I agree with that 100%. Most WB FO’s make pretty close to what NB captains make if not more if they are really senior and way less legs per month. The only thing I will say is those WB FO slots will be filled quickly too if AA keeps hiring 1000 a year.

I have no clue but maybe some one with access to the seniority list could chime in with how many WB positions (both CA and FO) are available at AA in its current state. My WAG is 5,000 out 15,000? I really don’t know. That may be too generous even.
