Sure... Current Regional CPT. With
6000TT/ 3000 of that is Rotor.
3000PIC/ 1500PIC is Rotor
1500 Total part 121
500 part 121 PIC
B.S degree, Working on a Masters, Military UH-60, flew part 91 and 135 Rotor and Fixed Wing. I applied in April for the 4th time. Interview was in May.

JetBlue has fairly low competitive numbers too.

May class
5300 TT
533 TPIC (single engine C208B)
Regional FO, non veteran, no degree.
1 month from the beginning of pool swimming to class.
....
You can't seriously take two examples and make a judgment on how competitive things are. Even though the times of the two candidates aren't low time at all . There are going to be outliers everywhere, even at the legacies . My class at B6 had 30 people and outside of military, there was about 4 regional FOs without any TPIC . The average time for my class was around 4-5000TT and TPIC experience and with degrees .

Once Again , not saying you can't get hired below the average competitive mins, but I would say... since Frontier, Spirit, and JetBlue got new contracts they have gotten alot more competitive. I wouldn't bank on getting hired at paper hiring minimums at any major; LCC or Legacy

Btw, the hiring window at JB is open until the end of the month , get your apps in, if you're interested
