AAG won't finance it. It's not envoy. I know there's a lot of rumors saying it was a negotiation tactic. It's not. Call all the reps, they will tell you that's true. So if our parent company can't/won't finance it, how are we ever going to get it passed through? Why do you think they haven't even met for a month since this happened? The company says it's over our heads, they won't pay for it, and the union says we won't take anything less, so it becomes a stalemate. And again, the way I see it is, any gains we get are beneficial. While I understand the idea behind wanting the "AIP or nothing", in the end nothing in there is in our current CBA/numerous LOA. It isn't a concession to give up something you never had. All of this bitterness and resentment from management/the pilot group towards each other just hurts the regular day to day line pilots that really have no say in anything and don't ruffle any feathers and just want a liveable and current market wage.

Again, just my 2¢. I'm not a union or management cheerleader, I think there is fault on both ends.
