It is not the envoy mentality. As others have pointed out, he doesn't even work here. He just likes to stir people up in every thread. Are some pilots here this bitter? Yes. The majority are not. However, everyone does want to be compensated fairly, but no one really knows what's going on if you're not in a high union or management position, hence all of the rumors. That's where most of the frustration lies, is the lack of information being given.
