Thread hijack, didn't know where best to put this; as a Guard guy I lose credit most months due to MIL leave and puts me below Green Slip threshold. I try to white slip and bid for good credit flying, but still come up short. I'm still fairly new and my seniority is so so....perhaps things will improve as my seniority gets better? Or are MIL guys kinda hosed on green slipping? If I'm being a dunce, I'll wear the hat.
Oh, I tried a little thread surfing, but there are literally thousands of posts in the Delta forum at this point.
